CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our guests and technicians, appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance, to avoid a 50% charge of scheduled services.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our highest concern. Therefore, you may exchange any product, within 30 days of purchasing. Styling tools are final sale, warranty by manufacturer.

GRATUITY

Rates do not include gratuity. If you feel it is appropriate, gratuity is greatly appreciated. Gratuity can be added to bill.

GIFT CARDS

Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer them.
